Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll be happy to help.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us with photos or a video showing the issue. We'll review your request and work with you to provide a replacement or refund when applicable.

Change of mind
Because our products are shipped directly to customers, we generally cannot accept returns for items that are no longer wanted, ordered by mistake, or do not meet personal preferences.

Refunds
Once your return or replacement request is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please contact us at hello@cesiabeauty.com and we'll do our best to make things right.

We'll process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, and other factors outside of our control.
